DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

Hai guys!
Welcome back to my blog, today is my second day on practical week in the Kitchen Poltekpar.
I was woke up at 06.30 and prepared myself before i went to the Campus. I was arrived in the Kitchen at 07.15 , and guess what! im the first people that arrived in the Kitchen wkwk . When i was arrived i do nothing because i dont know what i have to do , so i just wait for my friends . One by one my friends is come and we just talking until our senior told us to one line before come in the Kitchen.

at 08.30 we are in the Kitchen and standing one line front of our senior. Our senior ask us about what we were prepare yesterday , and i as Cdp of my group explain what we were done prepared and what we will prepared today. Not for a long time, our senior let us to do what we have to do. My group take out the vegetable from chiller , take out towing beef cube and beef baken , towing brown stock and prepared for zhuccini Ala Provencale .

At 10.30 all of Main Course my group made is on procces. Chef Dyno and Supervisor help us to make it because this is our first time to cooking for serve in restaurant. My group is so busy because we are just 5 people and we handle 3 menu's . There is Beef Stew, Zhuccini Ala Provencale, and Baked Potatoes . For making Beef Stew Chef Dyno and Chef Faisal help us because we made for 60pax. For making Zhuccini Ala Provencale we dont need help because this is easy and for making Baked Potatoes is easy too because Chef Dyno was show us how to plate it .

Main Course was serve on 40pax today on The Restaurant. Everybody love it because so delicious!
The Restaurant closed at 13.00 and after the restaurant closed Chef Dyno ask us to standing oneline and told us about what we will prepared today for serve tomorrow. My group got the Soup section and we just prepared the vegetable. This is it :
