Hai guys..
Welcome-welcome!! Today i was continued my appetizer that i
was prepared yesterday. Today i went to campus at 07.45, when i was arrived my
friend told me to take my cabbage and leek out from chiller but i dont do it
because the vegetable will be fresh all the time when they in the chiller.
Wait for the senior, we only talking about joke and about
the food that we will prepared today and will serve tomorrow. Tomorrow is
Chinese Food, my group got dessert menu. There is Tang Yuan and Tang Zhong.
But today i just want to share about how to make
Okonomiyaki. Chef Dyno arrived on the kitchen at 09.15 , when he arrived he
told us to standing oneline and show us how to cut salmon fish, how to skinning
salmon, how to fillet salmon. After that he let us make it the food that we
handle.
How to make okonomiyaki:
Ingredient : Cabbage (shreded), Leek (sliced), Beef Bacon,
Mayonnaise sauce, Kotsuobushi.
Procedure : 1. Prepared the ingredients
2. Make the dough of Whole egg, Flour,
Water, Salt and Pepper.
3. Add Cabbage and leek in the dough
4.Saute beef bacon
5. Add the dough on the beef bacon.
6. Saute till brown
Ready to plate.
To plating we used
Mayonnaise and kotsuobushi
