DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

Hai guys..

Back to kitchen day! Today my group will make Tong Yuan or dessert of Chinese Food. Yeah i know this is too late bucause we are not made it yesteray. Even my senior ask me why i didnt made it yesterday ? So the reason is because chef Dyno want us to made that dessert today. We just do it if Chef Dyno let us.

So we start it the day on 08.00 and our senior Ayu and  senior Nada check our tools before we come on the kitchen. There was so very fun moment because my friends lie to much wkwk and my seniors trust them wkwkk. But we got punishment because this moment too. Yeah, this is our bad.

We come in the kitchen one by one and standing oneline. My class leader lead pray and after that lead greeting for senior. After that our senior ask us what we have done prepared yesterday and what we will made today but we dont know how and what we gonna do if Chef Dyno wasn’t here. So they let us to made what we know, and not for a long time Chef Dyno’s come and told us what we gonna do today.

Half of my group made Tang Yuan and half other prepared for tomorrow. Me, Ery, Yusria, and Andini made Tang Yuan . Rifqi, Fikram, Fitri, and Yudistira prepared for tomorrow. Okay now i will tell you how to made Tang Yuan.
 Ingredients:
For black sesame filling :
250 gr                    Toasted black sesame
250 gr                    Sugar or as needed
125 gr                    Lard of butter, melted
For Tang Yuan :
500 gr                    glutinous rice flour
250 gr                    Warm water

Procedure :
To make the black sesame filling :
1. Toast black sesame in a pan or oven and then ground them into powders.
2. In a bowl, mix black sesame powder with lard and sugar. Mix well
To make the dough :
1.. Mix the glutinous rice flour and water to make the dough. Keep kneading for couple of minutes until the smooth; shape the dough into a long log so that you can make similiar pieces in the following step
2. Take one piece and shape it to a bowl carefully. Then scoop around ½  tablespoon to 1 tablespoon black sesame filling into the center. Seal the rice dumpling completely.
3. Shape the balls as round as possible gently
4. Bring waterr to a boillling in a pot. Continue cooking for another 1-2minutes after they float on surface
5. Scoop out with the soup and serve with sugar, or sweet osmanthus or syrup.
