hai guyss,today i wanna tell you about the kitchen story for today. so for today this is my last practic before we final practic. we start practical from take a pray and then we review the menu for today that want to serve.
after reviewing, the senior ask to all of us to read the smallbook because we must know the food terminology that has been seved. and then, we must explain the food teminology to the friend. after we explaining the food terminology, we going back to the each section and finished the preparation.
at 11.30 we plating 1 portion for explaining to restaurant. and then, after we explaining to restaurant, we stand by on each section for the order. at 13.00 the restaurant is closed and directly we do a general cleaning.
