Final Activity

Hello everyone. Welcome back to my blog, its very long time from my last blog. Maybe one of you want to know why ? yes because for 2 weeks i just has teorical week,and this blog just for practical week so im sorry for not updeted my blog for 2 week! 

But today i will share about
my final exam yesterday, and of course share to you guys utensi,equipment, terminology and ingredients very soon!
Yesterday is Monday ,4th Juni 18 me and my group friend has final exam. And guess what? I make a sushi!!! You guys maybe know that i not really like sushi because hm i dont know i just dont like it or i mean i dont eat so much just one or two sushi heheh, i dont know my mouth is very indonesian.
We start the day on 08.00 , first we did is clean the kitchen. Mop it and doing the three bucket system. After that we waited for chef Ical. When he come, he called us to standing oneline for heard the instruction about the day. After everything is clear, he ask our leader to fillet Salmon 

and we do what we have to do! I got

sushi, first i just make teriyaki sauce . this is the pict :

And then i blanched the prawn , after that i prepared the vegetable.Gita and andini cooked the japanese rice. After everything is ready, 

i ask jaka where the salmon because we are ready to make the sushi. On 15.00 we start to make the sushi and we dont know how to put it on the table and make it beautiful sushi on the table so Chef Ical help us.
