Internship Activities (Part 1)

Haiii everyone!
How are you ? I hope you are good! So for the first time after my Final activity in 2semester, im come back to make some blog for you read and of course about culinary but in this time will be so different with before because in this semester im in Training Program from my campus to see and feel How to work in the Industry.

Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali, The Luxury hotel from Accor Hotels Group was accept me to join as a Trainee in Food and Beverage Culinary for 6months. In the first day the T&C want me to come is 1st August 2018. Right on 9am, im arrived in the hotel and asking the security where is T&C room. They bring me to T&C room and then i meet the manager and her assisten. I follow the step and the rules, till i was sign the contrac form. In the same time i still cant believe i can join here !!!! This is will be amazing experience for me and for my future.

The manager ask me for see the hotel, see from the Front Office and the last in Sanur beach. By the way Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali have a beach view in in behind of hotel. Very beautiful, maybe for 1 or 2 hours i visited all section in Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali we come to T&C room to talk about House rules. After everything is clear, i come to the Layang-Layang Kitchen to start my first day trainee!!! The staff, the other trainee is very welcome. But in the first meet of course im so shy, im like a stupid people because i dont what i have to do. Sometime i ask them but they just said "looking the kitchen, know every place in this kitchen and then you will get your job". Im tires of looking the kitchen, until the chef ask me to prepare ala carte.

For 2 weeks i got morning shift, from 7am until 4pm. I was prepared all food for breakfast buffet every morning. Lucky me because all staff in the hot kitchen is man hahaha, if there is a woman of course will not make me feel welcome. But there is still able a bad thing but dont worry as far as going im never got a negative moment from staff or anyone in the hotel. I was make a mistake, i prepared the condiment for bread but when i want to take it to the dairy chiller i got incident so i fall and everything is broken. Im panic and scared in the same situation. I want cry, i swear i wanttt but i cant -_- i dont know why i cant cry but actually want to cry. My senior said "everything will be fine, clean up this floor and dont worry i will not angry with you because i cant but i will got angry from chef. That's fine, dont cry. Okay?" I cant explain how calm he is on me hahahah lol.

Okay maybe i dont have any activities except prepare and learn eggdishes because im focus in breakast for 2weeks.
