I was so busy to this week, i should learn fast because the only thing We need if we work on kitchen. Speed is number one, like my chef was said "our time is our money" so okay i should fasttt! And its very difficult with everything on campus, because i work everything alone or by myslef. Everybody get their job each other so no one will help us for work, but if we ask something that we dont know they will teach us untill us us understand and let us ask again and again
I learn how to prepared breakfast and refill breakfast, how to cook with Chinese wook. Thats hard for a little girl like me but i should try it, even thats hard!. Sometime i got accident like cut my finger because im not focus or i think a lot about what i should do after this and bla bla bla.
I work so slow this week because everything was change, the menu and prepared. I dont know, i need more time to learn this new menu. And when everyone busy i afraid to ask, maybe they will think im stupid or they will angry. So i just do what i know and follow the rules, yeah i can handle everything by myself.
