hi everyone!
welcome back to my blog! it's been long time since the last blog i wrote but no worries now im back for my next research. Second research and development of Puding Watermelon seeds milk. Based on the first research, it was difficult of the first method because i should unskin the watermelon's seeds. However i did it even it wqas took long time for me to get 77gr.
After that, i made to a pudding and have a good result. Even not as good as i think but at least it succes for first trial. That make me challenging to do another test of it and to improve the produt also to change the recipe that i was use because its not really soft and also need more milk.
Because it was difficult on unskin seeds, so in this second test i plan to try few method to open it easily. By Roast, Boild, soak on hot water and also dry on sun. Here is some picture of those method.
Result of the day is failed. i dont think i could use any of them to make milk and then puding because they all smell different and taste different with the original one but anyway its okay at least i knew it now, and i should unskin the watermelon seed by myself till enough to make 1L milk.
