welcome back to my blog , like as same day today i will share to you about my activity in the kitchen.
okay lets go . Im woke up at 05.30 and prepared my self before i go to campus . and btw i forgot that i not have nepkin anymore so i have go to the market to buy it but tain is come . i dont know what i have to do because thats impossible i will go campus without nepkin . so i went to market no matter rain . After i buy it im come back home to take my bag and go to campus .
im arrived at 06.48 and before i go to kitchen i have to go to the security pos because of course the kithcen is not open because no bodyelse take the key in the security pos . after i take the key i went to kitchen and open it . im turn on the gas,exhaust and fresh air ,oven , stove and take it down the english muffin that i was prepared yesterday because the english muffin and muffin weill serve today on restaurant and today is english breakfast .
today for serve english muffin im not do anything cause my eglish muffin is already to serve so i just help my friend that need a help because today was busy..at 07.30 we are oneline in the kitchen because in out there is rain so our senior ask us to oneline in side . after our senior absen ours name ,my class leader daniel have to be a lead pray . ya today im not the class leader anymore . but of course daniel is need assistant and he ask me to be his assistant because i was done be a class leader so he dont need to ask our lecturer if need something .
the restaurant open on 10.30 so the english breakfast is have to ready to served. english muffin that i was make with my friend yesterday will serve on checker . so i just do nothing today when the restaurant open . i just help my friend that need a help . the restaurant closed at 12.00 . after that we are cleaning the kitchen because we will prepare for the indonesian breakfast . the indonesian breakfast is :
-fried rice
-K.A.S
-fried noddle
-beef satay
-ayam taliwong
-porridge
-smoke beef
-sausages
-soft roll
-croissant
-danish
-muffin
-juice
we are divided to be some groups and my groups is get station fried rice , K,A,S ,beef satay , ayam taliwong , smoke beef , sausages . and this is the pict that we are prepared today
Oh ya btw tomorrow we will serve buffet so today we are so busy to prepared the indonesia breakfast, we are done prepare at 17.00 and do general cleaning together . i get another job , thats i have to take that i was done prepared to the freezer or chiller but i still do general cleaning . we are done general cleaning at 18.45 and go back to home ,
so guys maybe just that i can share to you about my activity today,
