Hello everyone!!!
Welcome back to my kitchen's story, as usually i'll share about my activities today...
Same as yesterday, today we were continue our prepared yesterday but with more love and care because the taste is really important and all of customer will eat this soup . We have to prepared for 60pax for Soup. And same as yesterday my partner Ancha and Fikkriyah so confused make this soup because we were have to make tomato sauce first.
I was arrived at campus on 7 o'clock and started the prepared the ingredient for tomato sauce (chopped garlic,chopped onion, and pure tomato), and for the soup (brown stock, onion, carrot, olive oil, and salt) with Ancha and Fikkriyah, while my other friends were preparing for appetizer, main course, and dessert and we started to make the tomato sauce. I was help Gita to make whip cream for her choux paste dessert . But unfortunately i just gift a little help.
I come back to my section and make the soup. After the Soup ready , i was prepared for serve before i go to the restaurant because today i was the customer. I got the lunch ticket. The Restaurant open on 12 o'clock and before it i help my friend to plating the soup , The name of soup is Minestrone Soup. For the garnish we add the grana padano cheese .

The Restaurant closed at 01.30 and after the restaurant closed i was come back to the kitchen and help my friend to clean up the section and after that we were prepared for appetizer tomorrow. This is what we were prepared of :
