DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

Hai guyss!!!

today is tuesday 13-02-2018 , and like what i write in my daily report yesterday about croissant that i just save it in walking freezer , you don't know it ? please read my daily report yesterday hehehe. So guys today i went to campus at 06.40 , ya i know I'm late but not really late because i just late to take the kitchen key on security post hehe my friend take it because he arrived before me ,so i just take the storage key because my croissant is in the walking freezer and the walking freezer is in the storage .

I take the croissant from walking freezer and then i just put it on the kitchen . and thats 06.55 , after that all my friends and my supervisor is already arrived so they ask us to online and come in to the kitchen one by one . When we are come in , and me as the class leader have to lead pray that morning. Our senior ask me what we will do today and what we've done prepared yesterday, after that i explain all of the question and our senior let us prepare what we will serve today thats is egg dishes .

oh ya guys at 08.00 my friend give some egg wash on the croissant and waited for 30menits and after that I'm bake it for 25-30mnts , and i prepared egg dishes too . today i was so busy because i have to controlled my croissant group , my egg dishes group and be class leader .but i can do every job that i have . after 30mnts tha croissant is already done so i take it out from the oven to cooling down . this is the pict when the croissant on bake . and sorry i forgot to take a picture when the croissant is ready.

after the croissant done . i back to my station to prepare the egg dishes because today american breakfast . and this what i prepared for egg dishes , oh iya my group got fried egg .

are you guys know why the egg we save on the ice cube ? because we want the egg still fresh .

To make Fried Egg is :
1.prepare the ingredient and tools . the ingredients is : egg,sausages,smoke beef,tomato grill,croissant, oil
2.add some oil to the teflon  and use medium hit
3.add 2pcs egg to the teflon and wait until the egg is done and turn over it.
4.take the fried egg well done on plate with tomato grill , sausages, croissant and smoke beef
5.ready to serve

so thats how to make fried egg well done . my group got 3 times to make fried egg when the restaurant is open . at 11.30 the restaurant is closed so we do general cleaning and maybe at 12.00 we are done and our senior ask us to one line again and wait for chef dyne gift some information for what we will prepare after this or for serve tomorrow on english breakfast . after chef dyne told us what we gonna do , he let us to prepare there is muffin , english muffin , fruit compote , and cereal . my group get english muffin . so i will share how to make english muffin .
the ingredients :
375ml                             water
8gr                                   instant yeast
500gr                               hard flour
8gr                                   salt
8gr                                   sugar
12gr                                 nonfat milk solids shortening
8gr                                   shortening

peocedure :
1. prepare the ingredients and tools
2.mix the dry ingredients
3.add water slowly and mixed . after the dough is done take it to the working table
4.kneading or rolling the dough till the dough is done
5.and use plenty of dusting flour . scale at 1.5 oz (45 gr) per unit
5.fry it so a second till change colour and then turn it over and take it down
5.wait for a minutes and bake it for 15-20menits.
6.english mufffin is ready

we are done at17.00 , so after we prepare all english breakfast we are do general cleaning again because the kitchen is dirty . we are done general cleaning on 18.00 so we online and get information from chef ical and our senior . I'm lead pray for today and thanks Allah today is done .we back home at18.15 .

so guys maybe just this what i can share about my daily activity .
