Hai guys..
Welcome back to my blog daily activity, today is our first
day on thirth week practical . Today is tired day because yah you know this is
the first day after we take a rest on weekend and teori class. We are oneline
absen at 08.00 and wait for Chef Dyno.
My group got dessert section, dessert for rotasi menu 1.4 is
Baked Custard Tart and Brioche . My friend Ikky,Rahman, Ian and Annisa prepared
for make Baked Custard Tart but just make Pie dough , and my friend Ancha and
Andry prepared to make Custard for Pie . They have very good job. But of course
they always asking Chef Dyno before do something because they afraid will make
a mistake.
For Brioche was handle by me , Fikram, and Fajri . Not easy
for us because we dont know what is Brioche and how to make it , so Chef Dyno
show us and then let us make it . We was afraid to make a mistake too, But
Alhamdulilah we dont make a mistake when we make Brioche.
