DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

Hallo guyss!
 back again on the kitchen, for today we start our practical start from take a pray and then we review the menu what we serve for today and what we must prepare for tomorrow.

For today, we will serve chinese menu, for my group get job to serve the maincourse is beef rice bowl. Because the ingredients og beef rice bowl are ready from yesterday so today we just saute and mix all ingredients. so for next, we prepare shrimp stock for tomorrow because my group get job to serve the soup. so for soup menu on tomorrow is tom yam. the first, i skinning the shrimp shell and we use the shrimp shell for make shrimp stock. After that, we make beef black pepper.

The beef blackpepper are ready on 11.30, but the guest has come on 14.00 so we stand by on each section at 13.30. When the restaurant is closed at 14.30 directly we do a general cleaning untill 16.00 and we oneline for back to home.
