On the first day as we used to do, we have started oneline in front of the kitchen at 08.00 to attend and check equipment. But to check the equipment this time is done in detail, when finished. then, we went into the kitchen to do oneline in the main kitchen. while waiting for Chef Aldino to arrive, all the representatives from each group explained about the menu that will be served on this day. after we finish back to each section.
Unusually, this morning Chef Aldino arrived in the kitchen at 9:30 a little late from his usual days. then we immediately go oneline to listen to the explanation about the menu we will present today and also the menu that we will serve tomorrow, after everything is finished we are welcome to return to each section to finish our dishes. In the maincourse section, I took on the task of making Beef Saute` Vegetable with Black Pepper sauce.
a preperean for the Beef Rice Bowl, which consists of a cube beef then marinade with salt, pepper, sesame oil, eggs, baking powder, and starch. as well as for its like vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots that cut dice. this vegetable is prepared to disaute tomorrow because if disaute today, then the vegetables can not be used tomorrow then only in pieces only. after finishing, we got an additional task to make egg dishes sunny side up and turn over.
