Hi everyone!
yesterday we were prepare the mille crepes and left it in fridge or chiller for one night because it should be cold and be sticky each other. This morning we prepared the topping but oh yeah also we made more dough for the mille crepes because we need 7cm to serve it but yesterday we only made for 5cm. We were dont know if it sticky then it become smaller so we made more dough for it also for filling.
The topping we made from coconut milk because this Katiri Sala cake usually serve with coconut grated but this time to make more tastier and match with the mille crepes taste so we made it like coconut milk sauce and we decorated on the mille crepes and plated it as beautiful as we can.
Before we serve it, we always need to show it to chef so we showed it and what our chef said is our mille crepes looks like kids were playing with it. but yeah that's okay because it looks not really beautiful like we tought. About the taste, that's really nice taste really Katiri Sala taste.
