hi everyone!
back to my R&D activity, today is the third day after the first day i tried to make the milk and also count some likers. Back to the basic, My first resarch actually dont have the best result but there is still a chance to improve it for better and better product.
Yesterday, i worked for the report and found some articel of watermelon seeds and some original puding recepy that i got from Le Cordon Bleu Recipe's Book. That's actually nice recipe but i didn't try it because the ingredients are kinda different with ingredients in Indonesia.
Ingredients in Indonesia and in Europe or some other country are totally different because we have different weather that sometimes really give big effect for the herbs and spices to grow up. Mostly Indonesia ekspor some ingredient. At 11.30 we having lunch and break of our activity and then continue our research about 1pm then finish in 5pm.
