Hai guys..
Welcome back to my blog daily activity, today is our second
day on thirth week practical . Today my group continue all of prepared we was
made yesterday. There is Baked Custard Tard and Brioche dough. In the morning
we dont do anything because we must to wait Chef Dyno to show us how to make
Brioche.
When Chef Dyno arrived, he show us his knife. There so many
knife and different merk, and of course his knife is expensive knife wkwk. After
that he told us to continued our produk today and he show us how to make the
brioche for finally look.
Chef Dyno show us and then let us make it by ourself. After all
is already we bake it for maybe 20menits and take it out from oven to look is
it good or not. The restaurant was open on 12.15 and Brioche is out firts . of
course the brioche is very deliciousssss!!!

For tomorrow my group will make Shrimp Bisque, so today we prepared and make Shrimp Stock.
