Welcome back to my blog!!! Today i will share to you about my activity in the Kitchen Poltekpar.
Today i woke up at 05.15 and of course be a muslim i have to pray . After that i just sleep untill 06.15 and take a shower then prepared myself before went to campus. Before i went , my brother help me to looking for my small knife because thats so important and i forget where i put it. At 06.50 i went to the campus . And thanks God this morning is doesn't rain.
I was arrived at 07.05 and when i was arrived in the kitchen im the first come so im alone for half hour . Today my class leader is late so i have go to the security pos because only me here rain is coming. When i was arrived in the security pos , my security ask me why always me that take the kitchen key ? wkwkwk, ya because i always arrived in the kitchen before my class leader. After that i come back to the kitchen and open it, turn on the exhaust , gass, fresh air, and stove .
We come in the kitchen at 08.20 , this is so late because rain make us have to wait our friends that use motorcycle . At 08.30 we are already on kitchen , and already standing in the kitchen. Wait for a menit and then Chef Dyno is join us. Chef Dyno told us what we have to do today and this is week our menu is Rotasi menu. For today we just prepared for tomorrow .There is appetizer , Soup, Main Course, Dessert . Today my group is get Main Course section. Main Course is Beef Stew, Zucchini Ala Provencale, and Baked Potatos.
